Pear Spinach Lime Smoothie
Our version of a fall favorite that utilizes ripe pears and spinach to please your palate.
Ingredients
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) Hazelnut Milk
- 270 g (1 large) pear, quartered, seeded
- 60 g (2 cups) baby spinach
- (1 slice) lime, 1/8" thick, with rind
- (1 slice) lime, 1/8" thick, with rind
- 130 g (1 cup) frozen mango chunks
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.

- Iron is better absorbed in the body when combined with vitamin C, making the pairing of spinach with lime and mango the perfect nutrient dense and tasty combination!
- This recipe can be doubled if blending in the 64 oz. (2L) container.
