  • 160 ml (⅔ cup) rice wine vinegar
  • Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons) sweet soy sauce
  • Tablespoon (¼ cup) vegetable oil
  • 45 ml (2 Tablespoons) soy sauce
  • 30 ml (2 Tablespoons) sesame oil
  • 100 g (1 cup) hot pepper powder
  • 160 ml (⅔ cup) tomato sauce
  • Tablespoon (½ teaspoon) kosher salt, optional
  • 20 g (2 pieces) fresh ginger root, ¼ inch thick
  • 30 g (6 ) roasted garlic
  • 120 ml (½ cup) hot water

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, Blend for 30 - 45 seconds.
