Sun-dried Tomato & Herb Dipping Oil [Food Processor Attachment]

Simple dipping oil that utilizes the food processor's chopping power to bring ingredients together.


  • 240 ml (1 cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • 90 g (½ cup) sun dried tomatoes
  • 45 g (¼ cup) roasted garlic
  • 10 g (¼ cup) fresh herb leaves
  • (½ teaspoon) flaked sea salt


  1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade. Place all ingredients except sea salt into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.. Pulse 6-8 times or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Remove to a bowl and sprinkle with flaked sea salt.

Chef's Notes

  • For the herb mixture in this recipe, hearty herbs like rosemary, thyme, and oregano work best and lend the most flavor.
