Sun-dried Tomato & Herb Dipping Oil [Food Processor Attachment]
Simple dipping oil that utilizes the food processor's chopping power to bring ingredients together.
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) extra virgin olive oil
- 90 g (½ cup) sun dried tomatoes
- 45 g (¼ cup) roasted garlic
- 10 g (¼ cup) fresh herb leaves
- (½ teaspoon) flaked sea salt
Directions
- Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade. Place all ingredients except sea salt into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.. Pulse 6-8 times or until desired consistency is reached.
- Remove to a bowl and sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
Chef's Notes
- For the herb mixture in this recipe, hearty herbs like rosemary, thyme, and oregano work best and lend the most flavor.
