White Christmas Margarita

Fresh citrus fruits start to come in season during the winter months. Jump on this great variation of our classic whole-fruit margarita recipe.

White Christmas Margarita

Ingredients

  • 160 ml (⅔ cup) tequila
  • 120 ml (½ cup) Triple Sec
  • (2 ) limes, peeled
  • 360 ml (1 ½ cups) cream of coconut
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) honey
  • 520 g (4 cups) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Frozen Cocktail Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45–55 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
