Creamsicle Breakfast Smoothie

Reminiscent of the delicious frozen treat from which the recipe gets its name.

Creamsicle Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 240 ml (1 cup) coconut water
  • 227 g (1 cup) 0% Greek vanilla yogurt [or non-dairy yogurt]
  • 150 g (1 cup) frozen mango chunks
  • 65 g (½ medium) orange, peeled
  • 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
