Green Tea Smoothie

This invigorating blend of green tea, mango, and ginger will jumpstart your day.

Ingredients

  • 720 ml (3 cups) green tea, chilled
  • 15 g (1 piece) fresh ginger root, 3/4" slice, peeled
  • 450 g (2 ) mangoes, peeled, seeded
  • (2 ) dates [or 2 teaspoons honey], pitted
  • 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
