Mango Basil Freeze

Sweet mango pairs with an herbaceous finish in this fruity treat.

  • 240 ml (1 cup) yoghurt, (or Non-Fat Greek Yogurt)
  • 20 g (1½ Tablespoon) fresh basil leaves
  • 150 ml (1 Tablespoon) honey, optional
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • 454 g (1 pound) frozen mango


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 50 seconds using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.


When the frozen dessert is finished processing, you will see 4 distinct mounds at the top of the blend. Optimal temperature for frozen ingredients is 20 to 25 degrees Fahrenheit
