This simple whipped chocolate dessert has the consistency of mousse without the eggs.
- 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
- ¼ cup (60 ml) chocolate sauce , or cocoa powder
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 15-20 seconds. The sound of the motor will change tone as the mousse is set.
