Pomegranate Orange Smoothie
Try this fresh change-of-pace drink flavored with orange, pomegranate, lime, and fresh ginger.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 ml) water
- 3 (450 g) medium oranges
- 1½ cup (210 g) pomegranate arils
- 1 slice (5 g) fresh ginger root, 1"
- 1 cup (30 g) fresh spinach
- ½ medium (90 g) beet
- 1½ cups (195 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
