Smoked Chunky Salsa
Use this classic salasa as a flavorful garnish on our black bean masa crepes.
- 2 Tablespoon (500 g) heirloom tomatoes, smoked and quartered
- ¼ medium onion, peeled, diced
- 2 Tablespoon (30 g) jalapeños, seeded, halved
- 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, optional
- salt Tablespoon pepper, to taste
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 5 and turn the machine on and off to pulse 5 or 6 times, or until desired consistency is reached.
