Chocolate Butterscotch Pudding

Chopped Hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 75 g (½ cup) hazelnuts

Directions

  1. Place hazelnuts into 8 ounce container. Secure base.
  2. Select variable 5 and pulse 7-8 times.
  3. Garnish over whipped cream and pudding.

Chocolate Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients

  • 480 ml (2 cups) full cream milk, warm
  • 180 ml (¾ cup) double cream, warm
  • ¼ teaspoon caster sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 75 g (½ cup) dark chocolate chips
  • 75 g (½ cup) butterscotch chips
  • 1½ teaspoon powdered gelatin

Directions

  1. Place ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure the lid.
  2. Select the hot soup program.
  3. Let run to completion.
  4. Portion equally into 3oz cups and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until set.

Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 240 ml (1 cup) double cream
  • 50 g (¼ cup) caster sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, split

Directions

  1. Place ingredients into the 20 ounce Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure the base.
  2. Select Variable1.
  3. Switch Machine to start and quickly increase speed to 10.
  4. Blend for 10-15 seconds.
  5. Garnish Chocolate Butterscotch Pudding with whipped cream.
