Ingredients

  • (½ Tablespoon) nigella seeds
  • (½ Tablespoon) cumin seeds
  • (¾ Tablespoon) green cardamom pods
  • (1 ½ Tablespoons) fennel seed
  • (¼ Tablespoon) black peppercorns
  • (½ Tablespoon) cloves
  • (¼ Tablespoon) ground nutmeg
  • (4 sticks) cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Spice Grinding Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 25 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
