Chef's Notes
- This dish goes great with any of our Vitamix Side Dishes.
- Carry over cooking is one of the main reasons your holiday turkey may become dry. The serving size for this is about 3 ounces, giving you a large portion of protein with room for more sides to fill up your plate.
- This turkey recipe is high in protein and low in fat and salt and, thanks to this creative spice blend, tastes amazing. Herbs and spices are an easy and affordable way to add incredible flavor without needing to go overboard on the salt. Plus, since it's homemade, you have control over how much salt used. Remember, always start with a little. You can always add more, but you can't take it away!
