Baileys Eggnog
Toast to the holidays with this creamy cocktail.

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tablespoon superfine sugar
- 2½ fluidounce (75 ml) Bailey's Irish Cream Liquer
- 5 fluidounces (150 ml) milk
- 1 vanilla bean, split
- ½ cup (70 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place eggs and sugar into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 5.
- Blend for 5 seconds.
- Add the Baileys, milk, vanilla bean, and ice to the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10.
- Blend for 20 to 25 seconds.
- Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and garnish with a ground cinnamon stick, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
