Cranberry Relish Sauce

This simple sauce of cranberry, apple, and orange adds perfect color and sweetness to ham or turkey.

Cranberry Relish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 medium (280 g) orange, peeled, halved
  • 2 cups (200 g) fresh cranberries
  • 2 small (260 g) apples
  • 4 (60 g) medjool dates, pitted [or 1/4 cup honey]
  • 1 cup (120 g) walnuts [or pecans]

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 4, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
  3. Blend 15-25 seconds to get a coarsely chopped relish.
