- 4 120 ml prosecco or other sparkling wine
- 2 60 ml club soda
- 1 150 g orange, peeled
- 2 Tablespoons 30 ml agave nectar [or honey], optional
- 2 cups 275 g frozen mango chunks
- 1 ½ cups 225 g ice cubes
- 6 180 ml Aperol

- 2 cups 275 g frozen mango chunks
- 1 ½ cups 225 g ice cubes

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Frozen Cocktail Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45-55 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.Portion into chilled serving glasses and garnish with orange slices.
