Peachy Green Smoothie

Full of peach flavor, this smoothie perfectly masks the spinach that gives it a green hue.

Peachy Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) soy milk , or milk of choice
  • 2 (400 g) large apple, halved, seeded
  • 4 cups (120 g) fresh spinach
  • 4 cups (480 g) frozen peach slices

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
