Red Cherry Smoothie

This vibrant cherry smoothie makes a great breakfast smoothie or a wholesome treat for those with a sweet tooth.

Red Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (226 g) coconut yogurt [or favorite yogurt]
  • 1 cup (240 ml) water
  • 1 cup (140 g) red grapes
  • 2 cups (250 g) strawberries
  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen dark sweet cherries, pitted

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Chef's Notes

  • For a less sweet smoothie, try using a blend of half sweet and half tart cherries. Any of your favorite yogurts can be used in this smoothie to give it a delicious, creamy texture.
