You can easily prepare this restaurant-quality Sichuan chili sauce at home in just a short amount of time.

  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) sweet soy sauce
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil

  • ½ cup (50 g) hot pepper powder
  • ⅔ cup (160 ml) tomato sauce
