Thai Basil Stir Fry Sauce

Sweet basil ties this stir fry sauce together with a unique twist, making for a great addition to your lunch or dinner recipes.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (15 g) fresh basil leaf
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) distilled white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons vegan fish sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon black bean sauce

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds. Reserve for use or refrigerate.
