Warm Pumpkin Latte

A healthier version of our original Pumpkin Latte, this recipe uses nut milk and dates while still delivering classic fall flavor.



  • 2 cups (480 ml) cashew milk
  • ½ cup (120 ml) double strength coffee, hot
  • 5 dates pitted
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice, Vitamix recipe
  • 3½ Tablespoon (50 g) pumpkin


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 45 seconds.

Chef's Notes

This latte is a little thicker than a coffee shop alternative and only contains added sugar from whole food ingredients!
