Avocolada Smoothie
Enjoy all the flavor of a piña colada, but with a lot less sugar and fat!

Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) soy milk
- 75 g (1/2 slice) pineapple
- 225 g (1½ cups) green grapes
- Tablespoon (¼ teaspoon) matcha green tea powder
- 40 g (2 cups) kale
- 60 g (2 cups) fresh spinach
- Tablespoon (1 medium) red apple, seeded, quartered
- 38 g (1/4 ) avocado, peeled, pitted
- 195 g (1½ cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.

- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 30-40 seconds, or select Smoothie program and allow to complete programmed cycle.
