Blueberry and Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
Frozen fruits and yogurt can easily be substituted for other frozen fruits and liquids to create a frozen dessert uniquely for you.
Ingredients
- 360 ml (1 ½ cups) almond yogurt
- (2 ) dates [or 1 Tablespoon honey], pitted
- 280 g (2 cups) frozen blueberries
- 420 g (3 cups) frozen strawberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and ,quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Use the tamper to press the ingredients toward the blades. In about 30 -60 seconds, four mounds will form in the center of the mixture. Stop the machine, serve immediately.
