Curried Squash and Peas Baby Food
Expand your child's palate with this Indian spice flavor. Start with just a pinch, if you prefer, and keep adding a bit more as they acquire the taste!
Ingredients
- 80 g (⅔ cup) butternut squash, peeled, diced, steamed, cooled
- 45 g (¼ cup) peas, steamed, cooled
- (¼ teaspoon) curry powder
- 90 ml (3 fl.oz) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds..
