Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Dragon fruit packs this boldly-colored smoothie with vitamin C — perfect for brightening your morning and kickstarting your day!
Ingredients
- 480 ml (2 cups) coconut water
- (2 slices) lime
- (6 ) fresh mint leaves
- 200 g (2 packages) frozen pitaya
- 240 g (1 ⅓ cups) frozen pineapple chunks
- 120 g (¾ cup) frozen strawberries
- 80 g (½ cup) frozen mango chunks
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 – 50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
