Garlic & Herb Butter

This versatile compound butter is quick, easy, and delicious on everything!

Ingredients

Place softened butter, crushed garlic, salt (if using) and pepper into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Remove the lid and add the fresh herbs. Secure the lid and start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 10 - 15 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades. To make pats or slices of compound butter: Place butter onto a large piece of plastic wrap and wrap tightly, forming into the shape of a log. Chill in the refrigerator until firm. When ready to serve, unwrap the butter log and use a knife to slice into thin pats. Serve with meat, seafood, potatoes, bread, etc.!
