Guacamole [Food Processor Attachment]

This traditional Mexican avocado dip, now an international favorite, makes a quick and easy appetizer for guests.


  • 525 g (4 ) avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 60 g (½ medium) red onion, peeled, halved
  • (3 ) fresno chili, ends trimmed
  • 30 g (1 bunch) fresh cilantro leaves, ends trimmed, washed
  • (1 ½ teaspoons) kosher salt, optional, optional
  • (2 ) limes, juiced


  1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
  2. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  3. Pulse the mixture 6-8 times until evenly chopped or desired consistency is reached.
