Macadamia Nut Milk
Macadamia nuts have a natural sweetness that creates a delicious milk alternative.
Ingredients
- 150 g (1 ½ cups) macadamia nuts
- 960 ml (4 cups) water
- (2 ) dates, pitted
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Non-Dairy Milk Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds.
