Mocha Mint Shake
This chocolate-mint-mocha shake is fun for holiday entertaining. Garnish with a candy cane for added color and flare.

Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) almond milk
- 420 g (2 cups) dairy free frozen yogurt, or vanilla frozen yogurt
- (6 fresh) mint leaves
- 60 ml (¼ cup) chocolate sauce , or cocoa powder
- (4 teaspoons) instant espresso powder
- 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper as necessary to press ingredients toward the blades.
