Raw Blackberry Jam [Food Processor Attachment]

A simple and easy jam recipe that's ready in just a few minutes.


  • 45 g (4 Tablespoons) chia seed
  • 120 ml (½ cup) water
  • 290 g (2 cups) blackberries
  • (1 ) lemon, peeled
  • 80 ml (⅓ cup) date syrup


  1. Stir chia seeds and water together in a small bowl and let stand for 15 minutes.   Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
  2. Place blackberries, lemon, date syrup, and soaked chia seeds into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.  Start the machine and process for 60 seconds.  Refrigerate for 4-6 hours (best if left overnight) before using.
