Raw Blackberry Jam [Food Processor Attachment]
A simple and easy jam recipe that's ready in just a few minutes.
Ingredients
- 45 g (4 Tablespoons) chia seed
- 120 ml (½ cup) water
- 290 g (2 cups) blackberries
- (1 ) lemon, peeled
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) date syrup
Directions
- Stir chia seeds and water together in a small bowl and let stand for 15 minutes. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
- Place blackberries, lemon, date syrup, and soaked chia seeds into the Vitamix container and secure the lid. Start the machine and process for 60 seconds. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours (best if left overnight) before using.
