Roasted Root Vegetable Medley Baby Food

Ingredients
- 50 g (⅓ cup) parsnips, peeled, diced, roasted, cooled
- 85 g (½ cup) rutabaga, peeled, diced, roasted, cooled
- 120 ml (½ cup) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds..
