This creamy dressing is a perfect dipping sauce for traditional hibachi and pairs perfectly with a simple salad.
- 360 ml (1½ cup) soy milk
- 90 ml (⅓ cup) soy sauce
- 90 ml (⅓ cup) rice wine vinegar
- 1 date, pitted, or 2 teaspoon honey
- 100 g (⅔ cup) sesame seeds
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds.
This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
