Strawberry Lavender Jam [Food Processor Attachment]
A simple and easy jam that's ready in just a few minutes.
Ingredients
- 45 g (4 Tablespoons) chia seed
- 120 ml (½ cup) water
- 275 g (2 cups) strawberries, hulled
- (1 ) vanilla bean, scraped
- (1 teaspoon) dried lavender
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) date syrup
Directions
- Stir chia seeds and water together in a small bowl and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade. Place strawberries, scraped vanilla bean, lavender, date syrup and soaked chia seeds into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
- Start the machine and process for 60 seconds.
Chef's Notes
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours (best if left overnight) before using.
