Sun-Dried Tomato & Arugula Ravioli Filling [Food Processor Attachment]
A simple but delicious pasta filling. Use on top of pasta if you prefer an easier night meal. Makes enough for 1 pound of pasta dough.
Ingredients
- 175 g (1 cup) sun dried tomatoes, oil drained
- (2 Tablespoons) capers, drained
- (2 ) garlic cloves
- 30 g (1 cup) Italian flat leaf parsley, stemmed
- 30 g (1 cup) arugula, washed
- 40 g (⅓ cup) freshly grated parmesan cheese, optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade and secure the lid.
- Start the machine and run for 15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Use as filling in your favorite ravioli, or heat in a pan and toss with your favorite pasta. Try this with our spinach pasta dough.
