Sweet 'n Green Baby Food
A blend of apples and nutrient-rich kale, sweetened with figs.

Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) water
- 400 g (2 medium) apples, seeded, halved, steamed
- 230 g (8 ) dried figs, steamed
- 120 g (4 cups) kale, steamed
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Start the blender and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute using the tamper to push ingredients into the blades.

- 30 g (1 ) dried figs, steamed
- 30 g (1 cup) kale, chopped, steamed
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Select Variable 1 or the 8-ounce Puree program (if available).
- Start the blender and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute; or start the machine and allow to 8-ounce Puree program to complete.
