'Tis The Season Smoothie
This fruity smoothie is a perfect fit for the holidays.
Ingredients
- 180 ml (¾ cup) cranberry juice
- (1 Tablespoon) maple syrup [or optional]
- 360 g (2 medium) granny smith apples, quartered, seeded
- 60 g (½ cup) frozen raspberries
- 65 g (½ cup) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
