Vegan Parmesan Cheese [Food Processor Attachment]
A simple and easy Parmesan recipe that won't have you missing the real thing. Great on pizza, salads, or sprinkled over veggies for a simple snack
Ingredients
- 140 g (1 cup) roasted or raw cashews
- 70 g (½ cup) hemp seeds
- 16 g (3 Tablespoons) nutritional yeast
- (1 teaspoon) garlic powder
- (1 teaspoon) onion powder
- (½ teaspoon) kosher salt, optional
Directions
- Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the machine and process for 20 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved. Pour into an air-tight container and hold in refrigerator for use.
