Vegan Parmesan Cheese [Food Processor Attachment]

A simple and easy Parmesan recipe that won't have you missing the real thing. Great on pizza, salads, or sprinkled over veggies for a simple snack


  • 140 g (1 cup) roasted or raw cashews
  • 70 g (½ cup) hemp seeds
  • 16 g (3 Tablespoons) nutritional yeast
  • (1 teaspoon) garlic powder
  • (1 teaspoon) onion powder
  • (½ teaspoon) kosher salt, optional


  1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade  Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the machine and process for 20 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved. Pour into an air-tight container and hold in refrigerator for use.
