Vegetable Chicken Baby Food

Ingredients

  • 240 ml (1 cup) water
  • 225 g (1 cup) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed, cooked
  • 200 g (3 ) carrots, halved, steamed
  • 120 g (2 cups) kale, steamed

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Start the blender and increase to its highest speed.
  4. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to push ingredients into the blades.
