Avocado Baby Food

Just like bananas, slowing adding small pieces of ripe avocado to this recipe over time is a great way to develop your child’s chewing power.

Ingredients

  • 6 (560 g) avocado, peeled, pitted
  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 1 minute.
