Avocado Baby Food
Just like bananas, slowing adding small pieces of ripe avocado to this recipe over time is a great way to develop your child’s chewing power.
- 66 small (560 g) avocados, peeled, pitted
- 1½ cup (360 ml) breast milk, or your choice of alternative milk product
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
