Avocado Baby Food
Just like bananas, slowing adding small pieces of ripe avocado to this recipe over time is a great way to develop your child’s chewing power.
Ingredients
- 6 (560 g) avocado, peeled, pitted
- 1 ½ cups (360 ml) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
