Sweet 'n Green Baby Food

Your baby will enjoy this blend of apples and nutrient-rich kale, sweetened with figs.
Apple, Kale and Fig Baby Food

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) water
  • 2 medium (400 g) apples, seeded, halved
  • 8 (230 g) dried figs
  • 4 cups (120 g) kale

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades
