Basic Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 960 ml (4 cups) soy milk
  • 220 g (2 Tablespoon) small bananas, peeled
  • 320 g (4 Tablespoon) pineapple, peeled, with core

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
