Chipotle Pepper Cream Sauce
For a little spice, this tofu cheese sauce includes chipotle pepper, and is delicious tossed over pasta or steamed veggies.
- 170 g (6 ounces) light tofu
- (1 Tablespoon) fat free cream cheese
- (1 garlic) clove, peeled
- 15 g (3 Tablespoons) grated Parmesan cheese
- (2 Tablespoons) grated Romano cheese
- (2 Tablespoons) light butter spread
- (¼ teaspoon) white pepper
- (½ chipotle) in adobo sauce
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 4 1/2-5 1/2 minutes until smooth and hot.
- Toss with hot pasta and serve.
