Hint of Mint Smoothie

What better way to start your day than with a healthy, raw smoothie that provides the many health benefits of fresh mint, as well as its refreshing flavor!

Ingredients

  • 240 ml (1 cup) coconut water
  • 240 g (1 ½ cups) green grapes
  • 100 g (4 ½ cups) fresh spinach, loosely packed
  • (6 ) fresh mint leaves
  • 400 g (4 slices) pineapple, peeled
  • 200 g (1 ½ cups) frozen mango chunks

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
