No-Nut Butter
An ideal alternative for those with nut allergies, this recipe combines seeds, sunflower oil, and a touch of honey to create a spreadable butter.

Ingredients
- 330 ml (2½ cup) sunflower seeds, unsalted
- 85 g (½ cup) flaxseed
- 35 g (¼ cup) sesame seeds
- 120 ml (½ cup) sunflower oil
- Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons) honey, or other sweetener, to taste
- Tablespoon (½ teaspoon) salt, optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute 15 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Stop machine and scrape down sides of container halfway through blending if necessary.
