Roasted Carrot Baby Food
Roasting an ingredient in baby food will really help your child develop an appreciation for an exciting variety and depth of flavors.
Ingredients
- 450 g (3 cups) carrots, peeled, chopped, roasted, cooled
- 360 ml (1½ cup) breast milk, or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
