Smoked Chunky Salsa
Use this classic salasa as a flavorful garnish on our black bean masa crepes.
- 500 g (2 Tablespoon) heirloom tomatoes, smoked and quartered
- Tablespoon (¼ medium) onion, peeled, diced
- 30 g (2 Tablespoon) jalapeños, seeded, halved
- Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons) fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon) lime juice
- Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon) extra virgin olive oil, optional
- Tablespoon (salt Tablespoon) pepper, to taste
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 5 and turn the machine on and off to pulse 5 or 6 times, or until desired consistency is reached.
