Caramel Espresso Frappé
A frozen blend of espresso with caramel and chocolate brings the taste of the coffee shop right to your kitchen.
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) Soy Milk [or milk]
- 120 ml (½ cup) espresso, chilled
- 60 ml (½ cup) caramel syrup
- 15 g (3 Tablespoons) unsweetened cocoa powder [or chocolate milk powder]
- 390 g (3 cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 25-30 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
