冷凍果昔碗

在這碗加滿水果的冰凍果昔碗上以覆盆子糖漿和綜合燕麥點綴,可作為豐盛的早餐或一道甜美小吃。

配料

  • 180 ml (¾ cup) cashew milk
  • 80 ml (⅓ cup) water
  • 60 g (2 1/2 cups) kale
  • 100 g (1/2 ) small papaya, peeled, seeded
  • 240 g (2 ) medium frozen bananas, peeled, halved
  • 50 g (1/2 ) avocado, pitted, peeled
  • 150 g (1 ) medium apple, cored, halved

做法

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute, or until desired consistency, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.

主廚秘訣

To make a raspberry syrup for an added topping, place 1/4 cup / 30g raspberries and 1 teaspoon of date syrup into the Vitamix 8-ounce blending cup and secure the blade base. Start the blender and increase speed to Variable 2. Blend for 20 seconds. To serve, pour the raspberry syrup over the top of the smoothie bowl, and garnish with granola and yogurt.
