Smoothie de pay de calabaza
Preparado con calabaza, yogurt de vainilla y especias para pay de calabaza, ¡este smoothie sabe increíble! Agregue crema batida y espolvoree un poco de canela para darle un toque festivo.
- 135 g (½ taza) de calabaza de Castilla enlatada
- 1 taza (240 ml) de leche
- ⅓ de taza (80 ml) de leche condensada azucarada
- 1 cucharada de yogurt de vainilla
- 1 cucharadita de especias para pay de calabaza
- 1 taza (130 g) de cubos de hielo
- Vierta todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la Vitamix en el orden indicado y cierre bien la tapa.
- Seleccione la velocidad 1.
- Encienda la licuadora e incremente poco a poco la velocidad hasta 10 y luego, hasta nivel Alto.
- Licúe durante 45 segundos o hasta que adquiera la consistencia deseada.
- Decore con crema batida y un poco de canela en polvo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kayhless from this is great! I switch the milk and sweetener to make it paleo (almond milk and honey and 1/8 tsp salt) and it comes out delicious and yeah, it does taste a lot like pumpkin pie!

I cut the condensed sweet milk to 2 tablespoons, and used fairlife 2% milk which is creamier than normal 2%, has less sugar and more protein. The result is great and something you can have every day. In the fall you can add oats to make it into an easy breakfast smoothie. Blend the oats before adding other ingredients.
